With all the bad news this week has brought the world, I finally have some great news to share! I just spoke with my doctor. He just gave me the results of my follow-up tests. They were so good that he took me OFF All THE MEDICATIONS I've been taking! I was taking one cholesterol medicine and two blood pressure medicines everyday for at least the last six years. Now I'm COMPLETELY MEDICINE FREE!!! As I reported a couple weeks ago, I was also able to reverse my pre-diabetes, so ... I'm ecstatic! 😁
