We had a fantastic 4th, thank you! All the professional firework displays were cancelled here, but the local Idahoans made up for that by buying out all the firework stands in the area. Here they must not have the same laws as other places I've been restricting what fireworks are allowed, because these people had professional grade explosives! I mean BIG, LOUD fireworks! Fireworks were exploding everywhere around us, far and near. Lots of them! These people were obviously amateurs though, because some fireworks didn't even make it into the sky before exploding. Sparks were flying everywhere, in the air and on the ground. A nearby tree caught fire for a minute. It got a little scary, but was exciting and fun at the same time. I'll never forget it!
