you'll get the hang of it with some experimenting. next time consider weighing the avo to give yourself a much more accurate calorie count. you could ditch the toast, swop it out for shrooms or tomato maybe...there are loads of different ways to keep your favourites but tweak them to fit your plan 🥑🍳🥓
