Slowly but surely getting there. Picked up a couple on the scale. But I think it’s only muscle mass.

Monday, Wednesday - 15min arm cycle and 30min HIIT upperbody workout (pushups, bicep curls, ball slams, burpees etc.) Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday- 3km walk/jog and 30min lowerbody HIIT workout (squats, lunges, deadlifts, core etc.) Thats’s a good week🤦🏻‍♀️ Sometimes I skip a session if I’m too tired. I really try to listen to my body! If I do 4 sessions a week and miss out on 2, I don’t beat myself up about it!

Yeah me too. Especially if you’re eating proper, you shouldn’t feel bad at all about missing a workout

I’m on a very strict diet because of some gut problems. So I’m following a no sugar, no yeast, no bacteria diet (for 2 years🤦🏻‍♀️) Really missing things like cheese and mushrooms!! But it’s been good!! Been at it for 3 months

I also have gut problems and was told to cut out all starch/wheat. So getting my starch from veggies, eat lots of greens for fibre and I’ve been losing ever since. I was never a dairy fan and I use stevia liquid. Making the adjustment was difficult at first but seeing the changes in my health makes it all worthwhile
