Following some of the advice I got from you guys yesterday seems to have already helped. I've added bananas and low sodium V8 juice to my menu. These are my BP readings from last night and this morning. So far, so good. 🤞

That's great! From time to time I get a tincture made from hawthorn that my massage gal makes. It does help, but bananas and low sodium V8 does sound tastier. 😋
