Ok I lost some weight. I haven't been journaling very well on my excersise but I guess playing with my 4 year old grandson really paid off this weekend. And I was pretty occupied with my family so I didn't eat our of boredom. Yaa now I am back on track I will, I repeat I will keep on track.
