Not using almond milk which is mainly fat. Several fruit meals. Trying to eat earlier in the evening. Trouble keeping up my walking routine due to pain. Sleeping better. I was near this weight several weeks ago and got careless. I think I function best at about 1200 calories rather than 1400.
Plan for this week. Special prize when I get to 129.9. Increased protein. Increased raw foods. Continue to watch fats. Continue daily small amount of nuts. Increase water- get some bottled for the car. Walk as possible. Do strength training at least 3 times this week. Trust in God.
