Once again the scale does note like me, but once again my clothes are looser. I have a pair of sweat pants that have a draw string to tighten. I don't untie them and yesterday they were falling off. Also when the scale does not go down and I follow the diet 100%, the next week or so and the scale catches up and I get a very large drop at once. Waiting patiently for that to happen next week.
