Hi everyone! My planning worked and I was able to eat some healthy choices during the hockey game. I made 4 mushroom caps stuffed with muenster and black forest ham, pork rinds, blueberries, 100 calorie pack of almonds. The only thing I would change is the pork rinds. Small bag has too many calories and it's impossible not to eat the whole thing. Saturday is the next game so again, I will be planning ahead I think I will make a pizza from the cauliflower crust I have. Thanks for all of your wonderful snack ideas and support over the week. I really appreciate being able to come here when I am falling down!

WINNING with the pre-planning! Pork rinds-I know when I open the bag portion control is gone. I eat them once a month LoL

The calories in the pork rinds are because of the fat they contain. The fat is actually, supposed to help satisfy hunger if those feelings are working correctly, but when it’s an ingrained eating habit and not a need to eat I can understand the bulk of the pork rinds with the fat not being satisfying. LOL I have the same problem when I’m stress eating. That’s when celery with peanut butter, or cucumber with tuna and relish and ranch dip comes out. LOL They have the fat as well, and more bulk in the stomach to stop the food hand to mouth reflex! *sigh*🙋🏻
