Great drop! You will do good at both the junk food emporium and DBs. You are making good plans so even if you deviate a bit you want stray to far.  

Well my dear friend have so much fun and enjoy your time out and if there isnt much on plan I choose moderation then and focus on my plan when its more available to me....your doing fantastic sweetie but you also must enjoy your time too...have a great weekend xoxoxo;)

You’ll do great! 🤷🏻‍♀️As ling as there is one option at a restaurant to get, it’s a win. It’s SO much better then having to order a sandwich and strip the bread to get enough meat, leave all the sides because they are carbs and THEN order a salad so you have enough bulk and strip the croutons off through dressing that you forgot to have them put on the side so you could water some of it down with your ice water and use less. And you didn’t box up the 3/4 of the meals that you can’t eat in the togo containers BEFORE you started eating, or set the food aside🤦🏻‍♀️, so you end up nibbling on the bits and pieces the entire time you are at the table.💁🏻‍♀️Cousin Irma Francine INSISTS that this has never happened to anyone she knows👵🏻 I’m sure she’s right. Thanks everyone! I watched the Derby and had some peanuts and peanut butter...its the sugar I guess I wanted. But I didnt eat chips and I am aware of myself and under control.
