4th of July kicked my butt...Deer Creek all weekend swimming, canoing, and I made best friends with a paddle boat-this thing was relentless. Lots of cardio and exercise, but lots of alcohol and 'snacks'...sticked with watermelon and cantaloupe for the most part but I did have some chips and queso so folks would quit harassing me for "not eating"...good grief..."I am eating" just not ALL the TIME and PLATES FULL like everyone else. The holiday weekend was fun but all the food EVERYWHERE really bothered me...and I didn't like the pressure of eating when I wasn't hungry and just didn't want to eat...talk about a buzz killer :( Very glad to be back at work today and I'm looking forward to my usual schedule.
