I'm bringing more salads into my diet. I love salads, but they can be a pain to pull together. I just have to prepare the lettuce and veggies ahead of time and keep low fat dressing on hand (and use it sparingly).
I've also learned that a small amount of a strong-flavored cheese adds tons of flavor. Look for reduced fat feta, gorgonzola and other cheeses. Oh, and I love Craisins!
