Getting desperate. Want to see huge changes, big losses on scale, I want to be thin now, I want ti celebrate my thinness, my new me.... Sadly I haven't even finished my second week of dieting and my doctors appointment is this Tuesday. If I am lucky I have lost 10 pounds in two weeks... I haven't exercised at all, and walk little, so that's sad. Still I must continue, for everything weeks and months, with this angst inside of me. Waiting, hlpi
