Well, I got my workout in this morning. Increased the weight but had to decrease the reps for now. Did more ab work too. My lower half needs more work than my upper body. Always has. I knew after indulging more than once this weekend that the scale wasn't going to be nice. Flo made her arrival too, so there's that added bloat/water retention. I may see what tomorrow shows before recording again. I've still lost a good 2 pounds when I do my weekly average, so I'm not concerned with what the hateful scale says today. Gonna stick to my protein shake for my after workout meal. May fast lunch, just to get my body back into the swing again. So far, the sun is shining, but rain is on it's way. if you drop the weights on the scale it stops being disagreeable. I think it is good to switch up the workout routine - keeps me interested in the process and usually having to learn something new. I do have a set point where I up the weights to keep the progress going. thanks for sharing your success - have a great day on your adventure.

Hahaha, murph, I have my old one that I still like better! Tahoe, that's a great idea, lol!! I'm trying to switch things up for sure, keep my body guessing and trying to build more muscle to help burn the fat faster! I've found this fitness site that plays short videos on FB, has given me a few different routines to try. Did a couple new ones today, along with some of my regular ones. Really trying to target my triceps and abs. They need the most work on my upper body.
