This day has been rough!!! I typically walk 4-6 miles a day 4-5 days a week. For some reason every Monday is like starting over. I’ve been having terrible leg cramps while walk on Monday. Tuesday-Friday is fine with little to no pain but Monday’s hurt!!!! I’m taking magnesium and potassium but it just doesn’t seem to help much. Ugh anyone want some legs that apparently don’t want to work on Mondays? Lol
