it is so hot...41 degrees.entto the beach in the morning, too hot at noon, very hard to work out i ran after sunset..the air was still thick..hard to breath..tommorrow its going to go 43..im going to take it easy on working out..its so hot i dont have an appetite..forcing myself to eat something..drinking 3 lts water a day.
