Oh I can't even understand why the scale has popped back up. I am definitely in some kind of plateau .. as I have been fairly disciplined on calorie intake. I have also been walking and playing tennis. But I guess its all levelled. Instead of putting it up and being miserable its about 5lbs extra and it makes no sense... I decided to kick ass hard and get into the gym the one thing I've been a little off on lately. So 5km every day plus weights .. and lets see if I can shed some of that extra weight by the end of the week. With all the deprivation a bit of reward would be welcome! But it is really a complete mystery how you can eat sooooo little and gain :(( But feel good for the hard work out in any case. Hope ye all are doing much better than me :)
