Took my friends out to Cheesecake Factory as that was their choice. I should've gotten something from the low cal menu, but as I was watching their video monitors showing menu items, the crispy pineapple chicken & shrimp beguiled me and I was powerless. Took home a cherry cheesecake too. Delicious, but the calorie count is horrifying. Having lead belly today. Was plagued with stress nightmares that made me wake up at 3:45am again, so here I am still up.
