i feel TOTALY USELESS and like a BIG FAILURE :(

Are you okay? I think all of us can concur that we feel that way at least once a day. I know personally I feel like a failure, allowing myself to gain so much weight. But you know what? The feeling passes. It passes when you allow yourself to make mistakes and learn from them.

Don't be too hard on yourself! I would advise that you try to track everything you eat accurately. Eating only an apple and a pear a day is not sustainable - so get a kitchen scale and start to record everything you eat on Fat Secret as accurately as possible. If you're working with an RDI of 2500 calories then try to stick to 2000 calories per day, but even if you don't do that perfectly at first just keep tracking so that you can see what needs to change. Then you can make small adjustments to get to your goal, like first cutting out that one extra sugar in your coffee or changing from Sprite to Sprite Zero or whatever it may be. Slowly but surely you will start to get into a rhythm of losing weight and starting with more calories means you can decrease them as you go instead of starting with your calories too low and then when you hit a plateau there's no wiggle room. Good luck!!! You can do this!!!

Stop feeding yourself negative thoughts. You're not a failure. Weight fluctuation is normal, no biggie, as long as you stick to it, it will come down 😉

Elsie - hou op kak praat. Jy het 2,iets kg opgetel - maar jy het al 8,8 kg verloor - en 8,6 kg nog oor tot Goal Weight. So stront!!! Jy is al oor halfpad, selfs NA jou gain van 2,6 kg (?). Kry jou fokus weer reg - want jy het al SO VER GEKOM! En jy is al verder as halfpad. YOU ARE WHAT YOU THINK! So look at your positives, and keep positive. If you think you're a looser - you'll eat a chocolate and ruin your good work even more. You had a little bump in the road - the great thing is: You're on top of the bump! So now it is only: DOWN HILL!!!! Come on girl. No more kak negative thoughts - you are a champion. So act like one and get your diet on track again. you've come so far! Think of that moment when you get on that scale - and you see that GOAL WEIGHT ON IT!

I feel like that from time to time. We're not useless and never a failure. And what's the point of being useful anyway? Happily living every day seems to me a more important thing. 😆

i fell of the bus in November where I was almost at my goal weight (lost 18.kg) and I am really struggeling to get back on the bus. need to start taking photos again of what I am eating. thanks all for the messages help to think there is people who supports by sending a message xx
