Morning All

Woke very early this morning with the sun streaming through the blinds I glanced at the clock and it was 4.55am so I just had to get up for a lovely cup of redbush tea.....going into the garden shortly before it gets to hot, apparently it's going to be a scorcher again.....planting some Spanish cucumbers and mangetout and 4 types of spinach/chard and if I'm able there are around 100 Cape Gooseberry plants that need moving so must pull my finger out.....No rest for the wicked!!.....jumped on the scales earlier and have put back on 1.5 lbs, must have been the curry I ate late last night, I didn't have rice with my meal but had baked spiced sweet potato wedges instead with no oil, thinking that was a healthier option for me.....must try harder is my mantra for this month, I've gone back to the 16-8 diet now that the family have gone home..... so lets see what happens to my weight this week also being in the garden all day yesterday I never got to drink my normal quota of water must keep hydrated today.....TTFN
