The last two days have been pretty bad for me. Now, I didn't weight myself the last two day. I have been at my parents house, and we have gone out to eat twice. Although, I do try to make good choices, the food is still not the best. I did run very hard tonight, so I'm sure I burned a little off. Anyway, I'm back on the diet with a vengeance. :o)
