It feels good to be back on track again. Yesterday I ate right and got in some good cardio. This morning I got up early and hit the gym but I just didnt have the energy or something? Maybe it was because I started my diet back yesterday but I just felt drained. 15 minutes on the elliptical felt like a lifetime. I went back to the gym during lunch and did 12 reps on the machines 3 times.

I am thinking of starting Insanity. Everyone is doing it and a friend of mine has the dvd set I can borrow.

I weighed this morning but I am not going to weigh in on here yet because I don't want to record a gain. LOL It will be gone by tomorrow. No more cheating on the weekends or I'm just going to be yo yo-ing. I am wearing a pair of jeans today that I haven been able to wear in a long time! :D It feels great!!! They are tight but I can wear them. I can really tell that the cellulite in my butt and legs is much better too. I have to thank the exercise for that. Sure, losing weight makes your body smaller, but working out actually changes the way it looks and I love it! :)
