Still not losing! Trying to be careful, but obviously I'm not in ketosis. I don't want to buy the supplies to check it, thinking I can achieve it by recording my food intake and exercise. Today I ate zucchini salad, broccoli salad, cooked cabbage, and sugar free jello mixed with coolwhip and a few mandarin oranges. Sunday lunch is always a challenge, eating other people's cooking and not being sure what they put in it, but my lunch looks healthy. My BS two hours after lunch was 161. That's reasonable since I had forgotten to take my lunch meds. Still more calories than I should have. I drank two cups of Keto coffee after I went home, hoping to skip supper, or eat just fat and protein. Part of my problem is that I keep forgetting to take some of my meds. I have them measured out in the week container, but get busy or rushed and forget to take. I think I will put a post-it on my computer screen to remind me!! At 76, forgetting things is a common problem, but I need to compensate for it.
