I did better today! Not weight-wise! Sticking to the WOE better. I'm following the DietDoctor's two week challenge. Man, that's a lot of food, and a lot of butter too! Neither my husband nor I should have any snack cravings this evening. The food was delicious and very filling. My husband hasn't quite learned the concept of "planned overs" so we have to adjust that, probably divide out tomorrow's portions before the meal. Diet Doctor says serve the leftovers next day and save on the cooking time. I went over the 10% net carbs because I added a snack of peanuts that was not called for! Tomorrow will be better! I've been drinking water, tea, and sugar free flavored water pretty heavily today. Tomorrow I'll stick to water and tea. I do know sugar free flavored drinks do add to sugar cravings.

Today has been a planning day for my STEM class project tomorrow, so a lot of sitting at the computer. I'm quitting right now to ride my stationary bike!
