I stuck to the diet doctor meals today, except I did finish up the little bit of jello that was left over this evening. Was busy at library teaching STEM today. I did not eat any snack at work, went from lunch at 1:00 to supper at 9, just drank water. BS down to 132 when I came home from work. Think I will switch from butter to coconut oil in my recipes. I'm used to coconut oil and the tremendous amounts of butter used in the challenge recipes sends me running to the bathroom. Too much to tolerate yet! Either that or maybe I finally have Keto flu. Will see in the morning if I'm finally losing instead of gaining. Calories were 1018 today. I walked 5,112 steps today.
