My throat isn't as sore today, but I'm still super tired and still no voice, so no exercise for me. I'm going to try my hardest to get my butt out of bed tomorrow morning to get a workout in. I've been trying hard to keep within my range for calories so I don't gain, but last night I didn't do so hot, but I just have to keep going and not totally give up. Even if I feel crappy I can still eat better, I have to remember that. I'm definitely not losing but so far, no gains either.
I'm starting to go through workout withdrawls, I'm really missing it (I know I'm crazy) and I'm ready to get back into the swing of things. I really want to be down about 3 more pounds by my B-day in September, so that's good motivation to keep on truckin. With the exception of this month of ups and downs with my health I can really tell that eating better and exercising regularly has helped my attitude, how I feel physically, and my energy levels. So, back to the grind as soon as possible!
