I have found that it is much easier for me to go ahead and record the next day's meals for breakfast and lunch when I'm working as I prepare them. I measure out and weigh my foods, so I don't have to worry about forgetting what a piece of chicken or pork weighed. That also helps with planning dinner for the next day, as I know how many calories I'll be consuming.
