It's day 14of fasting, and my hunger kicks in for long periods of time. I usually feel hunger kick in at hour 12 or so. I'm just at hour 5, and it's already settling in. I know it's like my fat burning zone, but whoa.

Recently did a salt experiment. Consumed a fair bit of pink salt, and my hunger dropped to zero. Ended up not being able to eat what I supposed to eat. Strange, but somewhat useful experience.
