Working today but not my usual, had a lot of admin so at my desk for large part of the day. Its been so cold these past couple of days and i have really struggled to keep my water intake up. Have been trying to substitute peppermint tea instead but have still struggled. No time for exercise either........ Must try harder tomorrow.
