I don’t see that, but just wanted to say WOW - you have lost an amazing amount of weight and look fabulous!! Quit seeing that 400 pound girl - she’s gone! 

I sure can't see that - you look great! Congratulations - all your hard work has sure paid off! 

Quite often actually. there are times when I weigh in and think I'm reading it wrong, or I'll pull on my pants and expect them to be 6 sizes too small. It just doesn't seem real some days. 

Yes I look In the Mirror and see no difference at times 😳 

But then I take a pic and compare 😳😱 

I haven't lost the same proportion of weight you have, Shae, but ... Yes, very frustrating that our worst self-image is what seems to "stick." 

every day it's a battle to not judge what I see in the mirror. I have to remind myself the measurements are showing improvements... I gotta give it time.  

You’re not alone in this... try to cling to reality, you’ve come so far. Our body image can sometimes be very off. It’s like we have to convince ourselves of reality... 😊 

It is five years that i am thin but when i look at the mirror i do not recognize the guy i see. I also do not like to see any of my past photos. I get very angry and i want to cry. I want to punch the face of the previous myself. Identity problem. Better this than being super obese. But it is very strange. Like if i live in another body. 

This is the time when you need to smack yourself alongside of your head and say it is reality time.... 

Yes - but I went for years thinking, "Who is THAT?" in the mirror for the 10 years that I was overweight. Having lost 35 lbs - and kept it off for 6 months now - I am back to looking like my normal self. 

I know the feeling I'm 4'8" weighed 185 I'm now 99 but more often than not I look in the mirror and still see the fat girl. I never see what other ppl do so I'm always dieting akways,trying to lose more weight.
