You all are amazing and inspiring, and now I’m going to be accountable to you. While this is not the solution for everyone, I need to take a break from the scale. I’m still going to track and exercise my guts out, but for 3 WEEKS I’m trying not to let that number rule my thoughts and self hatred. Stay tuned for marathon pictures!! For 3 weeks, my (attempted) sole interest is in improving myself as an athlete and helping me keep PR-ing.

You are going to do great! Loving yourself takes practice. Heck it took me 40 years to be happy with who I am and love myself in the same way that I love others. When you hear that inner voice, if it’s saying something that you wouldn’t say to a child (mean and critical), tell it to F off! ❤️ 😘
