A.M. fasting BS: 124 Weight: 177.4 This is not really a 2 pound drop. I bought a new scale and it weighs two pounds less than my old one. Whichever one is more accurate I don't know, but I will start now with the new one. Planned my day's eating ahead of time, but had to adjust for a meal away from home. Resulted in a few more cals and a few more carbs than I wanted today. Cals:1288 Macros: 58/13/29 % Will do better tomorrow.
