Busy week so far, but I've been doing well with my eating and exercise. I had a couple of days at work where I was not really stressed, but kind of anxious at the end of the day. I know my old self would have skipped my workouts and dwelled on why I was feeling anxious, but my now self did my workouts and when I was done I didn't have that anxious feeling and I wasn't even thinking about work. And when I'm not feeling anxious or stressed I don't tend to want junk food in the evenings like before.

I have been dreaming about having a coffee from one of the local coffee shops, but then I remember how many calories they are and just don't do it. I did make myself some coffee today, but not much in it so it won't set my calories back.

Anyway back to it. I hope everyone has a great Wednesday!!
