Boy do you ever have to watch the "portion sizes" on products. Today I had some cereal and looked at the calories. It was a little high, but looked not too bad. Then I measured the "portion size" into a bowl and laughed at the amount of food. There was hardly anything there. That's how all these advertisers get around bad food. Make the calories per portion size look good, but nobody eats that portion size. Like in a bottle of coke, the calories/portion are not too bad but the bottle contains 2 1/2 portions. Who drinks 1/3 of the bottle? It's all about knowledge. I ate the cereal, logged the calories and next time will have eggs, toast and turkey bacon instead of a half bowl of cereal.
