I have done fasting in the past and did not do well. Anyone on Keto have any suggestions for what to drink during my fast. I have never done any Bone broth yet. I may try and find a recipe for that. I also cannot do water I have to have something in it. I have been putting Crystal Light in my waters.

artificial sweeteners are not ideal for keto. add lemon and the juice from the lemon. or make tea, I make up a nice pitcher with the ice tea bags, so easy. You can drink coffee too you definitely need electrolytes
