YOU Guys!! Am hearing regularly about Coconut Milk and that people are dropping that in instead. Do you have it?? What's the benefits ..I'm looking at it and thinking I've a diverse diet what will CM do for me.... how do you find it? Let me know!! Is it just one of those faddy things like so little berries :)

Only thing I have heard, is that it is a natural laxative. I have never had it. Those I know that have used it, dumped it.

I use to use it in my smoothies in place or regular milk. It’s low carb.

you can get it at the grocery store just make sure it is unsweetened. Personally I like the coconut butter better for the low carb diet, it has a ton of uses. I can't have it any more as it is one of those things I am allergic to, but it is a basic in many fat bombs along with coconut oil. It helps get your fat level up in a healthy way

look up lemon cheese cake recipe, it is a nice treat and within diet if you are missing a desert. I am hooked on chocolate myself.

I've used both the cans with the layer of creamy fat on top and boxes which is more milk like. I've used them in everything from smoothies to desserts and they are essential for a nice bowl of curry with veggies.

Almond milk on the other hand, is fabulous: 30 to 40 calories per one cup serving, 3 g fat, 0 g cholesterol, 2 g carbs, 1 g fiber, 1 g protein, vitamin A 10 percent RDI, Calcium 30 percent, Potassium 40 percent, Vitamin D 25 percent, and Vitamin E 50 percent. (Why doesn't my phone have a percent sign?)

I'm sorry I didn't check with you guys before I bought it .. I don't know if its unsweetened but it was winking at me from the shelf so I thought I'd give it a go. I use the tins in cooking a lot as I like Asian fusion curries.. Maybe its for the laxative qualities I see banded around here so much. Cheers you darlings :))

I guess if keto makes ye a little constipated it may be required. I notice on big protein days .. I need to pack in the spinach and greens otherwise it would not be a fun day. Bless you all for the info. You're just great x

Ah and constipation is not something you see mentioned! I really need my fibre kind of girl, so I pack in spinach into everything..otherwise I would be very grumpy :)
