Still stuck at 151.5 lbs, bummer but no big surprise. I haven't yet resumed food tracking yet, but I have gotten back into exercise at least. I've decided to quit logging fitness on SparkPeople & start posting it here instead. Unfortunately, the exercise tracker does calories burned instead of minutes, and my goal/former routine was 50 minutes x 5 days/week. But I can post the minutes here in the journal entry, and maybe that will get me back into food tracking??? Anyway, so far this week I've been short of the goal, but on Tues. I walked 35 minutes, Wed. I put in 35 on the elliptical and last night I ran for about 24 minutes on the treadmill plus 16 for walking, totaling 40 minutes. Not bad, considering how badly I've fallen off the exercise wagon! (Yeah I've posted this pic before, but it's one of my favorites!)
