Thanks everyone, y’all made my day! I work very hard to achieve that goal in that period of time. I am on a form of the ketosis diet but it leans more towards Dr Now’s diet from his show “My 600lb Life”. It is high protein, low carb and low calorie. I eat high proteins of very lean meat, I eat less than 20 carbs a day and I eat 1250 or less (most of the time less) of calories. I stay completely away from Wheat, Pasta, Breads, Fruit, Fruit Juices and I only drink water either with Dasani Drops or Mio. I will also drink unsweetened tea sweetened with Splenda only (no sweet n low). I also replace one meal a day with a high protein shake by Premier Protein, chocolate is the best it is yummy! I also make sure that I stem away from a lot of foods that have high fat contents. I am a big label reader and I count every carb and deduct every dietary fiber. Then I look to the fat content and the fat from calories and determine if it’s worth eating or not.
