Man oh man, I am pumped full of Benadryl b/c I had an allergic reaction to Dove soap and I itch everywhere. I've never had any kind of skin reaction to anything other than poison ivy. I bought the dove hypoallergenic b/c it was fragrance free and I am trying to eliminate all my products with fragrances, cause some article I read said their bad, now it feels like I have fiberglass in my armpits!!
Well now that I got the whining of the day out of the way I can move on to acknowledging that in the past this would be the perfect excuse for me to cop out of todays planned lower body work out. Good thing that ain't gonna happen, I must push on and conquer the lunges. Then I can pass out in a Benadryl coma:) Hope every one has a great Monday!
