I was just weighed last Friday and was 160.11. I have been trying to lose weight for ten months now. I have lost 20 and I want to lose 20 more on my own. I lost the first 20 by giving birth and dieting but then I got tired of it. I am now ready to feel good about myself. I just weighed myself and I am 158.6 so almost 2 pounds. I tried to record my weight loss but it wouldn't work. Any tips on how you are losing weight and being self-controlled from eating a whole bunch of food non-stop when you're not even hungry? That's what I do all the time and feel like that's why I am not losing weight faster.
