Went to a meeting last night and wasn't even tempted to sample the candy that stood in front of me all night. Dove chocolate, not even interested. Went to work today and didn't even check to see what delicious candy the secretary had on her desk. Yay for me!

For the record: sweets aren't my downfall, bread is. So don't be too impressed. If it were sourdough bread or burritos that would be quite the accomplishment!

Yay! Love it! My boss brought in a key lime pie today. It’s my fav; I had a tiny taste and threw the rest of my piece away. Honestly it didn’t even taste that good.

Agreed about bread - I have one piece of toast and I want 6. It dawned on me though that if I had no butter on it it wouldn't be as attractive. So maybe it's the butter I want? Nahhhh. Good work on ignoring the candy. It's a great NSV when you're not even tempted. For me, when that happens I know I'm well into ketosis. Breads, cakes cookies, candies all look like plastic models to me.
