I am so glad the weekend is over (well diet wise anyway). I always do my worst on the weekends. Yesterday I used 5 of my weekly allowance but today I still have 9 points left and its 7:27pm and I don't really want to eat much more before I go to bed. I did walk on the treadmill 3.6mph for 30 min. this afternoon when I was so board I wanted to eat, believe me it does help. I got a new book Chicken Soup for the dieters soul, very good book I think I have read most of it today :) Well Guess that's all for today.
