Feeling great today! Was down yesterday because I weighed, and scale said I gained. But, I didn't stop. I still ate right and worked out, and drank a TON of water and today I am down again!!! So happy! Just tells me if I see an occasional gain, don't let it get me down because as long as I continue doing what I am doing it will come off.
