Ok, this I like, no let me rephrase that, this I love 💕!! Apparently that free day I did last week worked! I’m at 109.6#’s down in just at 6 months! Wooohooo, I’m going to hit my 150# weight loss goal before my 1 year anniversary on March 1st! I’m loving life and I’m loving being able to go to a clothing store and actually being able to buy clothes straight off the rack. Yep no more catalog clothes buying for me. Ok everyone get out there and exercise and stay active. Don’t let yourself become sedentary because an idle brain and body only gains mass! Stay sweetie my lovies! 😘😘😘😘
