I have been using a little measuring cup and today I decided to use my food scale , (23g )dry milk it's not 1/3 cup it's 1/4 cup 🤨

Yes, food scale is very important, I mean one extra ounce is not going to hurt me , but it is 40 extra calories and I didn't know

measuring cups and spoons are ok for recipes when not counting calories but the scale is king and required, especially when your limit is low.
