Day 4--I think weighing every day is really helping me at the moment, it starts my morning with a reminder of what I'm doing...which right now is awesome! Went out last evening to hang out with friends at a farmer's market--there were cake, apples, pies, nothing I could eat but I was full from the meal I ate ahead of time! Plus I knew I would reward myself with Dunkin Donuts coffee afterwards! While I'm at it, I want to thank all of you--I couldn't do it without your support, this web site is amazing! Oh one additional note! I've been putting coconut oil in my coffee every morning! That could be another reason for my success!!
