TGIF!! Last night I had a dream that I was eating handfuls of chips. I don't even like chips that much! I think it was the new way of eating has me just craving the junk food. Oh well, I woke up relieved that I didn't eat the chips, so that is good rather than waking up hungry for chips. Yesterday was a rough carb craving day, but I didn't cave. Today I'm not craving the carbs so much, but I know I'm going out for dinner and this weekend I know will be some treats, so maybe knowing that has tamed the cravings. I'm still going to try to be good through the weekend, but we'll see how strong my will power is. I'm just taking this one day at a time, one meal at a time, and I know one treat won't hurt me as long as I keep it from becoming a habit.
