Weight has been about the same the last four days, and trousers are loose and not even tight after a big meal, so I guess I can say I made it back to maintenance. It's all because we haven't eaten out for a while! Going out for a Chinese meal tonight. We were supposed to go to a chilli festival this afternoon, but it was outdoors and the day is cold and wet, so Chinese instead. Will be 'good' for a few days after 😀
