Had my favorite meal for brunch. I make egg whites, spinach, half a slice of Swiss cheese, two slice of tomato and add fresh basil and a little fresh oregano from my garden. Having some black coffee with it and waiting for my brain to register that I've eaten--LOL. I'll start to feel full in a bit, but my old habits say, I want more--I liked it! LOL. Going to resist that urge. Later, I'm hoping to make up some cauliflower.

those yolks have all the important stuff in them. I never have understood not eating the most important part of the egg.

I do eat yolks sometimes, just not all of the time. I love soft boiled eggs with toast!
