Wow, most people seem to have a problem overeating over the weekend, and I have the problem of undereating. My calories and carbs were way too low. Did successfully go to the movie and not have popcorn. It wasn't too bad, but the guy sitting next to me had jalepenos and i hate them. The smell about made me sick. But I did lose a few more poungs, this morning it makes a total of 6 pounds. Could be just water weight with the gastro problems i've had too, but if it holds that is great. Still need to start exercising, but even though energy is up, stamina isn't. My muslces feel so weak. Baby steps!
